2. Services
We provide API access to product, price, inventory, and delivery-related data across supported platforms, plus related developer tools (dashboard, MCP, playground). Catalogue datasets and exports are offered on quickcommercedata.com.
3. Accounts & credits
You must provide accurate registration and billing information. API usage consumes credits as described in pricing documentation. Unused trial or promotional credits may expire per the terms shown at grant. You are responsible for securing API keys.
4. Pricing & taxes
Prices for credit packs, top-ups, and any subscription plans are shown in INR on the pricing and checkout pages. Applicable GST may be charged and itemised on invoices. The amount due is confirmed at checkout before payment.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay or other authorised payment partners. By paying, you authorise the charge for the selected pack or plan. We do not store full card details; the payment provider processes them under its terms.
6. Delivery
After successful payment, credits or entitlements are applied to your account electronically, usually within minutes of payment confirmation. Access continues via your dashboard and API key.
7. Cancellation, refunds & chargebacks
One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are credited to your account, except where required by law or where payment succeeded but credits were not delivered due to our error (in which case we will credit or refund after verification). For any recurring plan, cancellation stops future renewals as stated in-product; the current paid period typically continues until it ends.
Unauthorised chargebacks may lead to suspension of API access pending resolution.
8. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the API (including excessive automated load beyond fair use or published limits), share keys publicly, attempt to circumvent billing, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer
The API and data are provided “as is”. Third-party platform availability, latency, and content can change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what we expressly state.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the affected product in the three (3) months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
12. Referral program
From time to time we may offer a referral program under which an eligible user (“Referrer”) may invite another person (“Referee”) using a unique referral code or link. Participation is subject to these Terms and any program rules shown in the dashboard.
- Eligibility. A Referrer’s invite code is available only after the Referrer completes at least one paid credit recharge. Referral bonuses (if any) are typically granted when the Referee completes their first eligible paid credit purchase, as described in-product.
- One referral per Referee. A Referee may be attributed to at most one Referrer, locked at signup. Invalid, expired, or ineligible codes may be ignored without affecting signup.
- Self-referral prohibited. You may not refer yourself. This includes creating multiple accounts for the same person or entity, using the same payment method, device, workspace, or household to claim both sides of a referral, or any similar arrangement intended to earn bonuses without a genuine new customer.
- No abuse or fraud. Prohibited conduct includes (without limitation): fake or disposable identities, bot signups, bulk account creation, coupon stacking abuse beyond published rules, chargebacks used to game bonuses, incentivised spam, misleading advertising of the program, or any attempt to circumvent eligibility, attribution, or unlock rules.
- Bonus credits. Referral rewards are promotional credits. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, may expire under the same rules as other promotional credits, and cannot be refunded as money. We may change bonus percentages, packs covered, or program mechanics prospectively.
- Clawback & adjustments. If a qualifying purchase is refunded, reversed, charged back, or later found ineligible, we may reverse related referral bonuses from the Referrer and/or Referee.
- Suspension & account blocking. We may withhold, cancel, or reverse referral rewards and suspend or permanently block accounts (Referrer, Referee, or related accounts) where we reasonably suspect fraud, self-referral, abuse, or Terms violations. We may also disable referral codes and refuse future program participation.
- Program changes. The referral program is offered at our discretion and may be modified, paused, or terminated at any time. Changes apply going forward unless we state otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use or new purchases after updates constitutes acceptance for those transactions.
